3 large ripe tomatoes

1 green pepper

1 cucumber

2 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of "Almazara Real" Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar

1 tablespoon of salt

1 liter of water

Preparation:

In a bowl, place the peeled, chopped, and cored tomatoes, the seeded and chopped pepper, the peeled and chopped cucumber, the garlic cloves, the oil, the vinegar, and the salt.
