Ingredients for 4 people:

   4 large ripe tomatoes

   1 green bell pepper

   3 garlic cloves

   2 hard-boiled eggs

  1 can of tuna in olive oil

   1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

   50 ml of "Almazara Real" Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation:

In the "hortera," we place the chopped garlic, coarse salt, and the chopped pepper (seeds removed), and we crush it all until it is very finely ground.
